Blanke Seattle Concert reviews
Fantasia was GREAT!!!!
Fantasia was the best part of the show and who I really wanted to see. She looked and sounded good. Johnny Gill always puts on an energetic show every time I see him. To see Fantasia again, I will most definitely pay again and know I will get a good show. She did better all the way around for the time she was on stage than Charlie did for any of the time he performed. Many people walked out once they could see it was going to be the same show as the last times. It was so disappointing to be able to predict what he would be doing and then he did it. He needs to get less of the big head and give his fans what they pay for. Fantasia helped save him when she came back on stage and performed with him singing "I Want To Be Your Man". The only thing different was that he sang new songs from his CD that is coming out. Charlie needs to get back to appreciating the loyal fans who love him and who deserve more than old repetitive shows he is doing. I will not be going back to see Uncle Blanke anytime soon. He needs to spend some of his money on a new choreographer and new outfits, get rid of the light up jackets and angel wings. I know he is getting older just like me, but really Charlie? This makes the third time in a row that I have seen him perform in DC (last two times at DAR Constitution) and he did the SAME SHOW with SAME COSTUMES with SAME BAND acts. It will definitely be a long, long, long time before I pay to see him again.
